Policy

  • Shipping is 3-5 Business Days on all orders (FedEx). Please allow up to 1-2 days for processing. Tracking numbers will be sent via email and text within 1-2 Business Days (processing time). Business Days Do Not Include Weekends and Holidays. Ex: If you place your order on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are the processing days, this means your order may ship Friday or the following Monday.
  • When placing orders on the site, Billng and Shipping Addresses Must Match or the order will automatically be Cancelled. You will be contacted Via text or email if you would like to show proof of Card with Name and Matching Photo ID.

  • Please insure you are entering the correct email and shipping address. Once an order is shipped, there is nothing we can do if an incorrect address is entered, you would have to contact FedEx directly to resolve the issue. You may reach out to us via E-mail or text, and we will try our best to aid the situation.
  • If an item isn’t in stock, you will be contacted via email or by phone to discuss alternative hair options or you’ll have the option to receive a full refund. 
    • Absolutely NO REFUNDS unless we are at fault; in this case you will be issued a full refund or store credit.
